Unlike many traditional real estate developers, our goals for the East College Street Project are larger than just building as many "units" as the market can absorb at the highest profit. We wanted to provide an option for those dissatisfied with what is far too often the only thing being built: low-quality cookie-cutter vinyl-sided cul-de-sac communities, or faceless apartment blocks. Our building program and design creates and integrates a diversity of spaces and housing options for those who want to live in a high-quality, economically integrated and environmentally sustainable building in the heart of Oberlin's downtown.

The East College Street Project contains 46 residential units ranging from Live/Work studio space to 3-bedroom, multi-story apartments with private rooftop patios.
