We have 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space available for businesses that add to the quality of life for Oberlin residents and make Oberlin a more appealing place for visitors. Special preference is given to independent, locally-owned businesses who will appreciate Oberlin's unique community and culture.

The commercial space is located on the College Street frontage of the first floors of Buildings A and B. Due to the built-to-suit nature of our space the East College Street Project can accommodate businesses of a variety of sizes and types.
